The Precious Touch provides all necessary high-quality cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer us to use specific organic or specialty products you own, simply let us know during booking.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Absolutely. Your security is our priority. Every member of our team undergoes a rigorous vetting process, including a criminal background check, and we are fully bonded and insured for your peace of mind.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a small convenience fee.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments. Payment is typically processed upon completion of the service, or you can set up automated payments for recurring cleaning schedules.
What if I am unhappy with the service?
Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with an area we cleaned, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional cost to you.
